The Apartment is one of Newcastle's trendiest establishments with the food coming very highly recommended. The dinning area is soft lit to create a pleasant atmosphere which is boosted by the positive and friendly staff that take it upon themselves to make your experience a bit special.What i found when dinning at the Apartment is that the staff do not rush you even though the restaurant is generally full. The dishes served are classic with an adventurous twist delivering a taste sensation that does not disappoint. The Apartment is Medium/Highly priced but as people say you get what you pay for.
Quite simply, Apartment is setting new standards in eating and drinking in Newcastle. Our home, which has been three years in the making, is within the imposing 1899 Collingwood Buildings, and has been designed around a Manhattan style apartment which boasts plenty of warmth, comfort, and character. It does this using exposed brick, solid walnut as well as huge original 1899 ?warehouse style? windows and glass atriums.
