Rosie Walker writes "It is fair to say that The Rooftop has disappointed" But this has now changed with the introduction of a new Restaurant manager and he has pulled the cord of the guillotine and heads have rolled. This is a pinnacle restaurant not just in Newcastle but the North East, with its fantastic views and glorious setting it should scream class and sophistication.
