This bar has just recently gone through a refurbishment and is now looking better than ever, evenn though I tought it looked very good before. The bar is linked to the Newcastle's Comedy Club as an after show place to grab a drink. If you don't like purple maybe it is not the place for you as ther is a lot of purple used in the new design. Again like most pubs in Newcastle it has some great drink deals and to be honest it is very nice bar.
