The Bank Bar

This is fantastic conversation from as you can probably guess a bank into a relaxed and popular bar.It is promoted as a wine bar but it also served traditional ales and some imported lagers. It is nice for just a drink if you know what i mean.

The decor is old bank and 1970's kitsch, complete with potted plants. The welcoming ambience has sound levels conductive to getting to know some one and having a friendly chat. This is a quiet friendly bar much frequented by the over 25's. To use the term Mature might give the wrong impression; this is no wrinkles' bar, but is a haven for the unpretentious and un affected. Knowing Newcastle within a year this will be the place to be seen as time and fashions change and i just hope it does not change a bit.
